Hoonah Indian Association has been working diligently towards fresher, cheaper, and more available produce in Hoonah. In 2023, we will begin construction on a large (about 1,800 square foot) greenhouse and a commercial kitchen that will be publicly accessible. The commercial kitchen will be used to support the school lunch program and charitable food in Hoonah, community food preparation, as well as commercial food preparation.
